Creeping Death Announce Two-Part Summer Tour, Drop “Vitrified Earth” Music Video
Texas death metal motherfuckers Creeping Death pulled double duty today, as they not only released their latest single “Vitrified Earth” along with its tongue-in-cheek apocalyptic music video, but they also announced a two-part, 24-date summer tour with a bunch of killer bands.
Starting this Friday in San Antonio, Texas, the first leg of their tour will kick off with Year of the Knife, Fleshrot, and Saintpeeler sharing the bill. That run will eventually come to an end on July 1 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The second leg will then start a few days alter on July 10 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana with Upon Stone, Saintpeeler, and Enforced joining the fray, with that stretch of dates coming to an end on July 21 in Fort Worth, Texas.
As for the single and music video, it’s yet another track off their upcoming album Boundless Domain, which will be released this Friday, June 16 via MNRK Heavy. Press play on the video below and you’ll hear one absolutely kick ass track. Frontman Reese Alavi said the accompanying video to the track itself fits the album’s overarching feeling.
”The story this album tells is a mixture of optimism, pessimism, warnings, and consequences. Highlighting certain aspects of reality through fictional stories about the gods’ influence on mankind, war, life, and death.”
