Pantera Tickets in Chile Sold Out So Fast, They’re Switching Venues and Sepultura’s Joining the Bill
Unless you’ve been living under a rock over the last few months, you’ve likely been bashed over the head with news and reactions related to the Pantera reunion/tribute act that’ll be hitting the road in the near future. To say excitement for hearing Pantera classics played by surviving members Rex Brown and Phil Anselmo and Abbot brothers fill ins Charlie Benante and Zakk Wylde is at a fever pitch would be an understatement.
Down in Santiago, Chile, tickets for the December 13 show at the 5,400 seat Teatro Caupolicán sold out so fast that organizer was forced to move the show to a different date and significantly larger space.
According to a social media post by the band, the show will now be held on December 12 at the Movistar Arena, which has a capacity of 17,000 people. Not only that, but they’re adding Brazilian powerhouse Sepultura to the ticket.
