Black Lava Drop Scorching Single and Video for “Northern Dawn”

0

With their upcoming debut studio album Soul Furnace set to release near the end of next month, blackened death metal band Black Lava have released the album’s third single and accompanying music video for the song “Northern Dawn.”

Filmed and edited by Colin Jeffs and produced by the band and Ten of Swords, the video’s got a shit ton of fire and footage of the band absolutely tearing it up.

Black Lava drummer Dan Presland said this latest video is a direct contrast to the last one they put out for “Eye of the Moon.”

“After shooting up in the mountains for two days for the ‘Eye of the Moon’ video, we drove straight down to our next location the next morning – to take one extreme, the freezing fucking cold, to the other, hot as fuck! We present to you our final single for our debut record Soul Furnace – we hope you enjoy it as much as we enjoyed making it!”

If pounding blast beats, soaring leads, gloomy riffage, and pissed off vocals amidst a deluge of pyro is your thing, then check out the video below.

Soul Furnace will release on November 25 via Seasons of Mist, though you can preorder your copy today.
