Watch: The New Beavis and Butt-Head Series Releases First Trailer

When it was announced that Paramount+ would be bringing back Beavis and Butt-Head for a new movie and series, fans were either super stoked or pretty dubious. However, the fact that the movie was pretty fucking hilarious, and the announcement that the remastered Beavis and Butt-Head episodes would still have the music videos in them, made us feel a little more hopeful for the series. Now, the new show has its first trailer, and damn, okay, this looks great.

As you’ll see in the video below, the new show definitely goes harder on the insane violence than the original. Most of the jokes of the original Beavis and Butt-Head were about how utterly moronic the titular duo were, to the point where they didn’t even really do that much. However, Mike Judge — or at least the person editing this trailer — has decided to go a little harder on the Jackass front this time around. As you can surely imagine, Beavis is the one to take most of the agony.

By the way, you notice how Mike Judge put his name on it this time? Either that dude’s ready to get his recognition, or King of the Hill and Office Space so massive that Paramount+ wants to make sure everyone knows.
