Pig Destroyer, Municipal Waste, Ghoul, Skinless, and More Announced for Full Terror Assault 2022
We miss music festivals, sure, but God dammit, more than anything we miss extreme metal festivals. We miss being packed in a sweaty venue watching 1,000 people lose their minds to bands who sing about trenchfoot on stages twice the size than what they’re used to. So we’re stoked to hear that Full Terror Assault is coming back in 2022 — and fuck if the fest isn’t bringing a pretty rad line-up to the stage!
Here’s who’s been announced for Full Terror Assault 2022:
- Pig Destroyer (yes)
- Municipal Waste (yeeees)
- Skinless (YEEEEES)
- Ghoul (in Creepsylvania, band cancel you)
- Putrid Pile (oh shit, we always forget about Putrid Pile)
- Axeslasher (may your last words be ‘no anchovies’)
- No/Más (I’ve heard good things)
- Airacobra (no clue, but I’ll look ’em up)
The fest goes down September 7th through 9th at the Hogrock Campground in Cave In Rock, Illinois (don’t ICP have the Gathering there?). Full and day passes are available at the festival’s website.
This is also only the first wave of confirmed bands, so keep your eyes peeled for more acts in the future. But yeah, we’re fucking stoked, dude. We’re gonna get there, get hammered drunk, get in the exact center of the pit, and deuce our fucking pants.
