Abraham Drop New Track, “Verminvisible”
Abraham are a stellar band we’ve highlighted here on MetalSucks before but all too infrequently. The kind of outfit who truly define genre classification, the Swiss noise-makers have a new album on the way, Debris de Mondes Perdus, so for anyone out there still tuning into blogs for music discovery instead of an update on Corey Taylor’s bowel movements or whatever outrageous shit Ted Nugent said, this one’s for you!
A churning new single called “Verminvisible” is now available via Brooklyn Vegan, and here’s what the band has to say about it:
“‘Verminvisible’ is about using infused bitter plants to try and communicate with your natural environment. In this case, it turns out pretty bad. The whole album is based on a text by Russian author Mira Neberlova. We love what our filmmaker, Al Gutierrez, has done with these projections. It is both dark and beautiful.”
Have a listen below along with the video. Debris de Mondes Perdus is set for release on February 25 via Pelagic Records; pre-order here. Previous single “Fear Overthrown” is available as well.
