Video: Fever 333 Frontman Jumps Off Scaffolding Mid-Show
Fever 333 shows, or “demonstrations” as the band calls them, are known for their intensity and chaotic energy. The band’s stop in the Atlanta area on Saturday night, October 23 — part of their run with Slipknot, Killswitch Engage and Code Orange — was no exception, as frontman Jason Aalon Butler felt possessed enough by the spirit of the moment to scale some scaffolding adjacent to the stage and jump off of it a good 10-15 feet down to the ground, eliciting oohs and ahhs from the audience.
Fan-filmed footage of the incident has of course now made its way to social media. Butler himself took notice, retweeting a clip and commenting, “I do my own stunts.” Replying to another fan who asked, “How much anxiety does your mom get watching these videos?” he shot back, “She literally calls me weekly about it. Sorry, momma.”
You can have a look at Butler’s daredevil antics below.
