Twelve Foot Ninja “Start the Fire” on Jammin’ New Track
Genre-smashing groove metallers Twelve Foot Ninja crept back into our collective consciousness in May with “Long Way Home,” the band’s first new music since their 2016 album, Outlier. The single arrived with an online video game, Brusnik’s Long Way Home, developed by band leader and guitarist Stevic Mackay himself.
TFN are back today with another new song, “Start the Fire.” What’s more, the band has teased, “Keep your eyes peeled the following week for our biggest announcement in NINJA history!” Alright then, we’ll be ready next week!
Mackay offered of “Start the Fire:”
“’Start The Fire’ drew lyrical inspiration from Todd Phillips and Scott Silver’s portrayal of the Joker. When you start treating people according to broad prejudice, they may see little reason not to become what they’re supposedly guilty of already being. It can be a self-fulfilling prophecy.”
Stream “Start the Fire” below. It’s a jammer! We’ll update you next week with whatever it is that needs updating.
