Zealot R.I.P. (Darkest Hour, Pig Destroyer) “Ambush” Listeners with a Killer New Song
We’ve not heard a peep from “death punk” supergroup Zealot R.I.P. since they released their debut EP more than two years ago. I would imagine that’s at least in part because of the whole pandemic thing.
Still, it’s thrilling to learn that the band are planning to drop a new seven-song release, The Extinction of You, on September 10 Three One G Records. ESPECIALLY ‘cuz the first single, “Ambush Predator,” is a new-asshole-ripper. I repeat: do not listen to this song if you don’t want an au courant anus.
Frontman Blake Harrison (Pig Destroyer) tells Revolver of the track:
“This song is about a human piece of garbage and one’s overinflated ego. We hope you turn this up loud!”
Those of you not afraid to be torn a fresh tushy tunnel are highly encouraged to listen to “Ambush Predator” below.
