EvilDead and Hirax to Headline “L.A. Thrash Bash” Summer Party

While a few lucky souls have been able to unwind at shows like the Foo Fighters performance earlier this week, most of us are still craving our first taste of live music in well over a year. The touring world won’t kick up in earnest until the fall (although there are a few shorter runs happening in the summer), but for Los Angelenos, the world famous Whisky A Go-Go has you covered with a killer lineup on August 20.

EvilDead and Hirax will co-headline, the latter’s first ever show at The Whisky in their 40 years as a band. Art of Shock and Fueled by Fire will also perform at what’s being dubbed “The L.A. Thrash Bash,” with more acts promised to be announced. The show’s moniker is accurate; it’s gonna be a rager.
