Video: Killswitch Engage, Deftones, In Flames Members Cover Björk’s “Hyperballad”

The crew at Two Minutes to Late Night is back with another one of its patented bedroom covers, this time a heavied up and reimagined version of Björk’s 1996 classic “Hyperballad.”

The cast of characters this time are Stephen Brodsky (Mutoid Man, Cave In, Old Man Gloom), Adam Dutkiewicz (Killswitch Engage, Times of Grace), Sergio Vega (Deftones, Quicksand), Tanner Wayne (In Flames), Ben Chisholm (Chelsea Wolfe), and Two Minutes To Late Night‘s own Jordan “Gwarsenio Hall” Olds.

Highlights of the video — which you absolutely must watch all the way through — include Adam D. running on a treadmill for the duration (while playing guitar) and Brodsky’s head as Mario on the first level of the original NES game. A+++ WDBWA, as usual.

The cover is Two Minutes to Late Night’s 39th since the start of the pandemic. Will these continue as the world ramps up back towards normal?
