Deicide Announce U.S. Tour with Kataklysm, Release Entire Florida 2021 Show

Deicide are the latest prominent metal band to announce a post-pandemic return to the road: they’re launching a U.S. tour in early August. Support will come Kataklysm, Internal Bleeding, and Begat the Nephilim.

Worth noting, methinks: Deicide haven’t released an album since 2018’s Overtures of Blasphemy. The rumor prior to the pandemic was that they’d be headlining Summer Slaughter 2020. Does this mean they have a new album in the works? Hmmm…

Dates for the tour are below. They’re playing Brooklyn on my mom’s birthday! I know what a certain 76-year-old yenta is getting this year…

Other artists that have announced tour dates include Corey Taylor, Byzantine, and Carnifex. But there are also bands like Cannibal Corpse, who say they probably won’t even attempt to tour ’til next year.
