At the Movies Cover Belinda Carlisle’s “Heaven is a Place on Earth”
At the Movies, the Scandavian supergroup dedicated to covering songs from ’80s and ’90s film soundtracks, have released a cover of “Heaven is a Place on Earth,” first performed by Belinda Carlisle in 1987 (and written by Rick Nowels and Ellen Shipley) but featured in the 1997 movie Romy and Michele’s High School Reunion starring Lisa Kudrow.
