Lamb of God Premieres Video for “Ghost Shaped People”
Lamb of God have released a music video for their song “Ghost Shaped People.” The single was first released earlier this month.
Directed by Truman Kewley and Eddie Perez, the “Ghost Shaped People” video “hauntingly shows a man’s journey into the afterlife juxtaposed with a crushing live performance.”
You can view it below.
“Ghost Shaped People” will be included on the upcoming deluxe re-release of Lamb of God’s eponymous 2020 album. It’s one of two bonus tracks included on the new iteration of the album, along with a live CD and DVD of their live stream events from this past September, during which the band performed the entire record, as well as a smattering of oldies-but-goodies, and “The Death of Us,” their contribution to the Bill & Ted Face the Music soundtrack. The DVD “includes a new director’s cut with bonus material.”
Says guitarist Willie Adler of the re-release:
“This album, and in particular, this deluxe edition is something I’m incredibly proud of. Throughout the process of writing, recording, and the subsequent filming of the live stream, I knew we were creating much more than a collection of songs. Much more than a simple streamed performance. This was focused energy. Energy that, to me, is very tangible. And now, more than ever, in an era where human interaction is so limited, art…..be it music, visual, or otherwise, is a human connection point. And we need as much of that as possible! I hope everyone enjoys this deluxe edition as much as we enjoyed creating it. Thank you.”
Lamb of God 2.0 will be released March 26 via Epic Records. Pre-order it here.
