Epica Share Acoustic Version of “Abyss of Time”

Epica recently announced their first new full-length studio album in five years, Omega, set to arrive on February 26. They’ve released two singles from it so far, “Abyss of Time” and “Freedom – The Wolves Within.”

Rather than release a third single just yet, Epica have today come out with an acoustic version of “Abyss of Time” they’ve re-dubbed “Abyss O’Time,” which features a whole slew of extra instrumentation: flute, accordion, piano, a vocal chorus, and of course acoustic guitars. The re-jiggered version arrives with a performance video of the track in which you can see all that, and watching everyone play is the most fun part of all.
