Vocal Coach Melissa Cross Announces “Scream Clinic” With Members of Suicide Silence, Killswitch Engage, and Arch Enemy

You’ve likely heard of Melissa Cross: inarguably the most famous vocal coach in metal history, she’s worked with a who’s who of modern metal singers and screamers, including Corey Taylor (Slipknot, Stone Sour), Robb Flynn (Machine Head), Randy Blythe (Lamb of God), Oli Sykes (Bring Me the Horizon), and David Draiman (Disturbed). She also authored the instructional DVD and CD, The Zen of Screaming. If you wanna learn to front a metal band, you will find no better teacher.

To that end, you should be aware that Ms. Cross has announced what she’s calling the “BLACK FrYdAy SCREAM CLINIC,” described as “historic discussion about evolving vocal technique and style” featuring the all-star panel of Jesse Leach (Killswitch Engage), Eddie Hermida (Suicide Silence), and Alissa White-Gluz (Arch Enemy).
