New AC/DC Song Featured in Dodge Commercial

AC/DC have been rumored to be working on a new album for some time now with vocalist Brian Johnson back in the fold (he left in 2016 due to hearing loss). Recently, leaked photos suggested they’d been filming a new music video, and the band has been posting teasers on social media of late.

Now, the first single from the record, “Shot in the Dark” — which fans have only heard a brief preview of so far — is featured in a new 60-second commercial for the car company Dodge. The spot, which highlights Dodge’s new 2021 Durango, Charger and Challenger models, stars Gary Cole reprising his role as Reese Bobby from the 2006 film Talladega Nights: The Ballad Of Ricky Bobby alongside almost a full minute of the new AC/DC song.
