Listen: The Black Dahlia Murder’s Trevor Strnad Guests on Undeath’s “Lesions of a Different Kind”
Tasty riffs, magnetic hooks, monstrous vocals, and general vibe that just feels goddamn nefarious… sounds like I could be describing The Black Dahlia Murder, don’t it? And I could be! But I’m not!!
I’m actually describing Undeath, Prosthetic Records’ latest signees. TBDM frontman Trevor Strnad guests on the title track from their forthcoming full-length debut, Lesions of a Different Kind, and it’s not hard to understand why he’d feel some kinship to the Rochester, NY band. This song will flatten you and then demand you let it flatten you again ASAP. If the rest of the album is this good, we’re in for a treat.
Check out “Lesions of a Different Kind” the song below, courtesy of Cvlt Nation. Lesions Of A Different Kind comes out on October 23, and can be pre-ordered here. The band will also be part of Cvlt Nation’s Sonic Unrest Vol.1 virtual festival this weekend. You’ll be able to watch that here starting at 7:15 p.m. tomorrow.
