Quiet Riot’s Frankie Banali Back in the Hospital
Quiet Riot’s Frankie Banali, who has been battling stage IV pancreatic cancer since the spring of 2019, has been admitted to the emergency room at the Kaiser Permanente Woodland Hills Medical Center, in Woodland Hills, California.
The drummer revealed the news on social media last night (June 15), writing:
“JUST ADMITTED TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM AT KAISER… IT OCCURED TO ME THAT THIS IS JUST LIKE DISNEYLAND EXCEPT THE LINES ARE SHORTER & THE RIDES ARE PAINFULLY SLOW… AND THE PRICE OF ADMISSION… OMG!”
No additional details are available at this time.
Quiet Riot are currently scheduled to play a socially-distanced show at the Magic Springs Theme And Water Park in Hot Springs, Arkansas on July 4.
Everyone here at MetalSucks wishes Banali a speedy recovery.
