August Burns Red Share New Song “Paramount”

August Burns Red have released “Paramount,” another track from their forthcoming album, Guardians. Along with the album’s previous singles, “Defender” and “Bones,” the track continues the trend of impressing a dude who never really used to like this band (i.e., me). I particularly dig the kinda militaristic section that begins around the 1:25 mark.
I also found the accompanying visualizer kinda soothing to watch. It’s just a 3D, animated version of the album art on loop, but when the water splashes the camera, it’s really, I dunno, refreshing. Like being in an Irish Spring soap commercial or something.
Oh man, I miss being able to go outside so bad.
Check out “Paramount” below. Guardians comes out April 3 on Fearless Records. Pre-order it here.
