Slugdge Member Quarantined Due to Coronavirus
A member of the UK’s Slugdge has been quarantined as a result of the novel coronavirus, COVID-19.
The revelation was made via Twitter, along with an accompanying photo (below). Which exact member of the band has been quarantined is unclear as a result of the surgical mask covering his face in the aforementioned photo, although our best guess is vocalist Matt Moss.
According to Worldometers, there have been 156,054 confirmed cases of COVID-19 thus far, with 5,819 of those cases resulting in death. Given the members of Slugdge’s ages, they are likely not at serious risk unless they’re already afflicted with another underlying health issue. The tone of the tweet, however, suggests that the member in question is not in dire straits.
Everyone here at MetalSucks wishes the Slugdge member a speedy recovery.
