King 810 Stream New Song “Hellhounds”

King 810 have released a new song called “Hellhounds,” which you can check out via the music video at the bottom of this post. The song is pretty terrible, but not as terrible as this accompanying nonsensical statement from frontman David Gunn:

“Drugs, gunz, depression, violence, girls; so many songs about the same tired trash shit. We gotta throw these things away this year i.e. release them to the public.”

That’s not edited. I didn’t leave something out. That’s the entire statement.

So… uh… throwing away songs about drugs, “gunz,” depression, violence, and girls means releasing them to the public? Or is saying that the band plans to “throw away” songs about these topics by releasing them to the public? Is he saying King 810’s music is “tired trash shit”? Why would he say that?

Or is he saying nothing at all? I think, on a purely technical level, he is saying nothing at all.

So. Swell.
