Killswitch Engage, Lamb of God, Sepultura, Volbeat, Thy Art is Murder Tours Canceled Due to Coronavirus
Several more metal and hard rock tour cancelations have rolled in this afternoon as a result of the coronavirus, following this morning’s wave of axed events and some more this afternoon.
MetalSucks is keeping a running list of metal and hard rock tours worldwide canceled or postponed as a result of the coronavirus outbreak. The latest round of cancelations includes:
- Killswitch Engage, August Burns Red and Light the Torch have axed their North American tour, scheduled to run March 10 through April 12, after announcing yesterday that just the Seattle date would be canceled.
- Sepultura, Sacred Reich and Crowbar have pulled down their North American run, scheduled to start March 18 and wrap April 22.
- Thy Art is Murder have scrapped their North American tour with Fit For An Autopsy, Enterprise Earth, and Aversions Crown. It was set for March 12 through April 15.
- Lamb Of God pulled down their European / U.K. run with Kreator and Power Trip, scheduled to run from March 27 through April 25.
- Volbeat and Clutch’s performance at U-Fest in Tempe, AZ on April 4 has been canceled. It would have been the first date of their tour together. No announcement has been made yet regarding the tour’s future, although Volbeat said yesterday they are evaluating the situation.
