Testament Guitarist Alex Skolnick Endorses Elizabeth Warren for President

With the Democratic presidential primaries currently underway, all of the candidates are scrambling to gain the most important celebrity endorsement a politician can get: that of a metal musician!

To that end, earlier today, we learned that Suicide Silence guitarist Mark Heylmun has thrown his support behind Bernie Sanders… and now Testament guitarist Alex Skolnick has announced his intention to vote for Elizabeth Warren:

Of course, you shouldn’t be swayed by such endorsements — make up your own mind as to which candidate you like best. And we shouldn’t allow these differences of opinion to divide us, for surely, we can all agree on one thing: Donald Trump is a complete fucking asshole.

Testament’s new album, Titans of Creation, comes out April 3. They’re currently on tour in Europe with Exodus and Death Angel, then they hit the States this spring with The Black Dahlia Murder and Municipal Waste. All dates are below:
