The Prettiest Guitars (and More!) We Saw at the 2020 NAMM Show

The more experienced we’ve become at handling the insanity that is the NAMM Show in Anaheim, CA every year, the less daunting it’s become. Sure, the 16-hour days of standing and walking are still exhausting, and our ears and voices are fatigued from having to scream over the din of 100 Guitar Centers all blaring at once, but a little self-care — new sneakers, throat lozenges, a massage on the final day (pro move!) — make all the difference!

It’s all worth it to see the bucketloads of new gear all the musical instrument companies unveil, of course, and there was absolutely plenty of that! We got the impression from talking to insiders that the industry was particularly robust this past year which made for good moods all around, as companies like PRS, Orange, Ibanez, Ernie Ball, Kiesel, Jackson, Dean, ESP, Line 6 and others that often have products that appeal to the metal crowd revealed all their offerings for the upcoming year.
