Elder Announce New Album, Omens, and Announce North American Tour
Stoner-prog band Elder are back with their first new album in two years, and they’ve announced a North American tour to go with it.
Their upcoming album, Omens, is the “most complete work to date: a set of songs that express the breadth of the band’s collective influences,” explains singer/guitarist Nick DiSalvo. The songs on the album are centered around a theme of the history of our civilization, and how despite all our progress we’re still left enduring a perpetual vicious cycle of prioritizing profit at the cost of our sanity and the environment’s welfare. Expect new music from Omens to arrive shortly.
Omens comes out on April 24 via Armageddon Shop; pre-order here. Shortly after the album’s release, the band will head out on a three-week tour of North America with Bask opening; dates below, tickets here.
