Danzig, Mercyful Fate and Emperor to Headline Psycho Las Vegas 2020 (First U.S. Emperor Show Since 2007!)
The organizers of Psycho Las Vegas have announced the lineup for the 2020 iteration of the festival, and the headliners of the event’s three nights are sure to inspire the masses to gobble up tickets right away: Danzig, Mercyful Fate and Emperor.
Interestingly, Glenn Danzig himself performed at the 2019 fest as well, but that was with the Misfits, and this time he’ll be celebrating the 30th anniversary of Danzig II: Lucifuge with a special set. The fest is billing Mercyful Fate’s performance as a U.S. exclusive for 2020, and according to Setlist.fm Emperor haven’t played the U.S. since 2007, making their performance a very special one indeed.
Psycho Las Vegas is scheduled for August 14 through 16 at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, taking over the entire resort across four stages. Satyricon, Obituary, Intronaut, Ulver, Katatonia, Crowbar, Pig Destroyer, Windhand, Cursive, Brutus and Khemmis are just a few of the many MetalSucks favorites also scheduled to perform.
