Migration Fest Announces 2020 Lineup
Of all the smaller metal festivals that have cropped up in the U.S. in recent years, Migration Fest, hosted in Pittsburgh by 20 Buck Spin and Gilead Media, has consistently boasted one of the most impressive lineups, in no small part due to the hard work and excellent ear for talent of both labels. The festival recently announced the bill for its third incarnation (Migration Fest only takes place once every two years), and it’s easily the best the fest has offered yet.
Take a look at this lineup:
Falls of Rauros
False
Immortal Bird
Kowloon Walled City
Mizmor
Obsequiae
Portrayal of Guilt
Tomb Mold
Ulthar
Vastum
Witch Vomit
Yellow Eyes
Bad news for your bladder: pee breaks will be tough to come by because there’s not a single one of those bands whose set you can afford to miss, even for a moment. Good news for your bladder: it won’t matter, because you’ll be so enraptured by the bands that you won’t even have time to get beer anyway. What a lineup! There’s only one band whose music I’ve never heard (Ulthar), but amongst such company I’d make certain I didn’t miss their set.
Migration Fest 2020 will take place at Mr. Small’s on August 1 and 2, 2020. You can learn more about Migration Fest here; tickets will go on sale in the coming weeks.
