Poppy Announces 2020 U.S. Headline Tour
Multi-genre singer Poppy, who will fully cross over from dance pop into metal with her new album, I Disagree, this coming January, has announced a headline tour of the U.S. this coming winter.
The tour follows her recently completed opening slot with Bring Me the Horizon and an already-announced headline tour of the U.K. and Europe scheduled for March.
I’ve been a Poppy fan since last year’s eminently danceable Am I a Girl?, which I spun endlessly upon its release, so I’m anxious not only to see her live for the first time, but to see how her transition to metal goes over.
Tickets go on sale this Friday, November 8, and you can keep an eye on them right here. I Disagree comes out on January 10 via Sumerian Records. All upcoming tour dates are posted below.
