Despised Icon’s New Song “Snake in the Grass” Goes Full Deathcore

Man, remember back when Day of Mourning came out in 2009, and Despised Icon were all, “Don’t call us ‘deathcore’ anymore!”? Well, I guess they got over that, ’cause their new single, “Snake in the Grass,” is about as deathcore as deathcore gets. If you’re the kind of person who thinks metal has been wanting for pig squeals recently, then this is the song for you! Everyone else… maybe skip it? I like Despised Icon and I think this is pretty boring. So.
