Rob Halford Posts Cover of Holiday Classic, “Hark! The Herald Angels Sing”

Metal God and Instagram kingpin Rob Halford has released the second single from his upcoming holiday album, Celestial, a punk cover of the holiday standard, “Hark! The Herald Angels Sing.” And you guys, I gotta say: this Jew is learning so much about Christmas through Halford’s upcoming album! When he shared a brand new track called “Donner & Blitzen” last month I learned that those are the names of two of Santa’s reindeer, and today I learned (TIL, as the kids say) a Christmas standard I’d never heard before. Who ever said metal couldn’t be educational?
