Metallica: Pro-Shot Footage from S&M² Available

Good news/bad news time!

The good news is, Metallica have released pro-shot footage from their recent pair of S&M² anniversary concerts!

The bad news is, that footage is of “The Memory Remains,” which a) is not a great song, and b) was also on the original S&M, and if I’m not mistaken, they’re even using the orchestral arrangement here that they did back then. And I get that it’s an anniversary concert… my point is just that may not feel exactly new to you.

Below, you can watch the footage and re-visit the performance from S&M: Original Flavor. The band will be screening a film of S&M² in 3,000 movie theaters worldwide on October 9.
