Metal at New York Comic Con 2019: Visit Vertebrae33!

Longtime followers of MetalSucks will recall that we used to stage a booth at New York Comic Con each and every year at which we’d sling shirts, blast metal and host special guests. And while our tenure at NYCC has ended, our old pal and frequent collaborator, the extremely talented visual artist Vertebrae33 (who’s designed merch for Slayer, Lamb of God and Amon Amarth, among many others), is back for another year.

This will be the ninth year Vertebrae33 sets up at NYCC, which takes place next week between Thursday, October 3 and Sunday, October 6 at the Javits Center in Manhattan. He’ll have four new shirt designs, silkscreened monster prints, a poster designed for the BlackXBrave brand for WWE wrestler Seth Rollins, live drawing and, as usual, metal music blasting into the rafters.

What’s more, on Saturday, October 5, special guest Shawn the Butcher from SiriusXM Liquid Metal will be dropping by to hang.
