Watch: Metallica’s Kirk Hammett and Robert Trujillo Perform Classic Covers Concert

As first reported in June, this past Friday, July 26, Metallica’s Kirk Hammett and Robert Trujillo — along with singer Whitfield Crane (Ugly Kid Joe), drummer Joey Castillo (ex-Queens of the Stone Age), and guitarist Doc Coyle (Bad Wolves, ex-God Forbid) — performed a special covers set as ‘The Wedding Band’ at Cosmopolitan Music Hall at Cosmo Music.

Fan-filmed footage from that performance is now available to view below. Songs covered include Black Sabbath’s “Iron Man” and “War Pigs,” AC/DC’s “Highway to Hell,” Motörhead’s “Ace of Spades,” Billy Idol’s “White Wedding,” and Kool & the Gang’s “Jungle Boogie.”
