Infinity Shred Post New Song “Long May You Run”

NYC-based atmospheric metal collective Infinity Shred have unveiled a new single called “Long May You Run,” the first song to drop from their forthcoming album Forever, A Fast Life.

The song showcases the elements that have drawn the instrumental outfit such high praise over the past several years, combining dreamy, layered, post-rock soundscapes and retro analogue synth textures with a modern progressive metal backbone. It’s a winner that should both please those of us who have been following the group for some time and bring in new fans from the Chon/Polyphia side of things who are looking for something a bit darker.
