Video: Death Metal NYC Subway Busking with Allegaeon

What time is it? Showtime! What time is it? SHOWTIME!

But never before has showtime been this brutal.

During a recent workday evening commute in New York City, Greg Burgess and Riley McShane of death metallers Allegaeon headed down into the New York City subway to regale riders with a cover of the Supremes’ classic “You Can’t Hurry Love.” Then the flannels came off and the death metal came out, much to the horrified shock (and surprised amusement) of everyone watching.
