Full of Hell Announce New Album, Debut First Single
Well, kids, I hope you woke up furious today — because Full of Hell have released new music. It’s awesome. It’s also not for the happy-go-lucky.
The band have announced that their heavily-anticipated follow-up to 2017’s Trumpeting Ecstasy will be called Weeping Choir, and will drop May 17 via Relapse. Here’s the cover art… fans will immediately notice that it’s a companion/inverse version of the Ecstasy album art.
Better still, the group have also unveiled “Burning Myrrh,” the first single from Weeping Choir, via a simple-yet-unsettling music video. Unsurprisingly, the song itself is vitriolic aural chaos at its nastiest. It also makes me think Full of Hell should launch their own festival to compete with Burning Man.
Assuming you loved that — and you most surely did! — you can pre-order Weeping Choir here. Full of Hell will start a tour with Primitive Man and Genocide Pact right after Choir‘s release; dates are here.
