This Four-Year-Old Drummer Stopped Everyone at The NAMM Show Dead

Finn McKenty’s widely circulated “NAMM Bingo” meme proved all too true at this year’s NAMM Show in Anaheim, CA — it wasn’t long before I’d filled the whole damn board. But it took until my trip home, when I was mindlessly flipping through Twitter, that I filled the “dudes hating on child prodigy” box.

To be clear, I’m not hating — although many were quick to do exactly that (this is the internet) — because HOLY SHIT, this kid can bring it! My child is nearly four and I can’t even imagine him keeping a simple beat. The best is the look on the bassist’s face when he just gives up, stops playing, and lets the kid have his moment.
