Buffalo, NY Proclaims December 15 “Every Time I Die Day”

The City of Buffalo, NY honored hometown heroes Every Time I Die this past weekend with an official “Every Time I Die Day.” The proclamation was made on Saturday, December 15, “in recognition of their musical achievements and thanking them for their continued advocacy for The City of Buffalo.” Not coincidentally, ETID player their annual hometown holiday show later that very same day.

Buffalo’s other great metal band, Cannibal Corpse, were inducted into the Buffalo Music Hall of Fame back in 2013, but have never had their own day. I don’t really know what that has to do with anything. Sometimes I just like sharing some of the random useless knowledge I’ve accrued over the years.
