Watch a Corey Taylor Fan Get Hulk-Smashed By Security
On November 16th, in what could have been an attempted assassination of the #1 Personality in Metal (it probably wasn’t, but it COULD have been), a rabid fan charged Corey Taylor on stage at a Stone Sour gig in Moscow. Luckily, the fan’s rampage was thwarted by security in the blink of an eye as though the hammer of God himself had been laid upon him. Taylor carried on with “Brother” like nothing happened, blissfully exclaiming “Sucks to be you, dude” as the song came to a close.
Let this serve as a reminder to us all: “Don’t come on my stage, motherfucker,” as Taylor elegantly put it. If you look closely, you can see the fan drop something as he flies to the ground, and while it’s likely a phone, Loudwire said it best: “Holding an object while you jump onstage and approach one of rock’s biggest musicians is a surefire way to get targeted by security.” And probably banned from the venue for life. Don’t be that guy.
