La Chinga Buy The Ticket, Take The Ride On “Wings of Fire”

I’m a sucker for a band with a fun name, so it’s no surprise that I dig on Vancouver stoner rockers La Chinga. But it also helps that the band’s type of trippy, digestible heavy psych rock also soothes the savage dad within me.

The band dropped a new video today for the track “Wings of Fire” off of their upcoming album Beyond The Sky, and damn if it isn’t as simple and ridiculous as I wanted it to be. Basically what you’re looking at is a mix of an iTunes visualizer and the original “Paranoid” video. To give you some context, my friend just caught me watching it and said, “What is that, a DMT trip?” So you know it’s good.
