Exclusive Track and Video Premiere: Ghastly Sound, “Crippler Crossface”
We’ve long been fans of Vermont’s Ghastly Sound, and they’ve always upheld their end of the bargain by being a hardworking band who make weird, exciting metal. We’ve premiered two tracks of theirs in the past, and have continued to watch the band deservedly grow (and, hey we’re also big fans of bassist TJ Maynard outing one of the Nazis who marched on Charlottesville last year).
Now, MetalSucks is excited to premiere the video for a brand spanking new Ghastly Sound track, just in time for their upcoming set at Psycho Las Vegas. The song’s called “Crippler Crossface”, and is a fast, frantic hunk of energetic art metal. The video features the band losing their minds in a field, showcasing the kind of unhinged performance that makes us love these guys so much.
Regarding the video, the band has the following to say:
“Really excited to be able to share our newest song ahead of our appearance at Psycho Las Vegas! “Crippler Crossface” illustrates our commitment to pushing boundaries and creating diverse listening experiences as a band. We’ll have a couple of other new songs in the set-list for Psycho… come see us on Saturday, August 18th at 2:10pm on the Vinyl stage!”
You heard them! No more window love! Go get it!
