Stream Jungle Rot’s New Album, Watch Jungle Rot’s New Video
All the cards are coming up Jungle Rot this morning: in addition to today’s release of their new self-titled album, the Wisconsin death metal killers have unveiled a video clip for the album track “Send Forth Oblivion.”
The video is a sequel to the one they made for “Unstoppable” (from the band’s 2009 record What Horrors Await), and finds the band members playing the roles of soldiers in the middle of an intense battle. The clip finds “the Wisconsin trio exhausted, lacking supplies, and one man down. While they are trapped and fighting for survival in an isolated bunker, we learn of their brainwashing by those in power.” In other words: perfect subject matter for a death metal music video!
Check out the video for “Send Forth Oblivion” below. The band will head out on tour with Havok and Extinction A.D. starting next week; dates underneath the embeds.
