Coming Soon to Brooklyn: Mathcore Indexfest, Featuring Car Bomb, Yashira, Dead Empires, Mary Todd and More

Hooooo boy, this one’s gonna be loud! Metal Injection has teamed up with the Mathcore Index podcast to bring you one of the most mind-numbing weekends of intellectual heavy metal you’ll see in Brooklyn this year.

The two-day event will take place on Saturday, July 14th as a matinee and all day on Sunday, July 15th at Saint Vitus Bar, featuring a total of 14 bands. A special “pre-party” show the night of the 14th at Trans-Pecos will feature four more bands! The event’s a friggin’ bargain, too: at just $40 for a two-day pass ($5 less than if you buy tickets for both days separately) and $15 for the pre-party, that’s an average of $2.89 for every band you’ll see. That’s more money leftover you can spend on beer, whiskey and, of course, band merchandise.
