Norwegian hardcore/metal label Fysisk Format has been pumping out consistent, high-quality records for years now, earning themselves an automatic ticket to the top of the MS inbox demo pile anytime one of their upcoming releases comes in. “The Burning Bush Will Not Be Televised,” from Norwegian bruisers Attan’s debut full-length, is no exception to the rule: it positively pummels on first listen. Attan manage to pack a whole ton of aggression into less than two minutes; angular, jarring riffs, breakneck drums, tortured, throat-ruining screams — this track has all the ingredients of an incendiary, sweaty basement show brimming with energy. MetalSucks was all too willing to premiere it to the world when the label and band asked, and we invite you to have at it below.
