Korn’s Follow the Leader 20th Anniversary Shows Will Not Include All of Follow the Leader
When Korn announced a string of shows celebrating the twentieth anniversary of their sophomore album, Follow the Leader, did most fans assume they’d be playing the album in its entirety at those gigs? I’m not sure because to find out I’d have to talk to a Korn fan and ew gross. But if they did make that assumption it would be a fairly reasonable one.
But for better or worse, that will not be the case, according to a new interview vocalist Jonathan Davis did with 93.3 WMMR radio:
“We’re not gonna do it in its entirety. There’s a couple of songs that are just dumb [laughs], that we don’t wanna play. We were really drunk when we made ’em. But we’re gonna play the majority of the record.”
A COUPLE of songs on the album are just dumb? I wonder which ones he thinks are, like, smart? Is “Cameltosis” one of them? I bet “Cameltosis” is one of them.
Dates for the Follow the Leader anniversary shows are as follows:
09/12 San Fransisco, CA – The Masonic
09/13 Los Angeles, CA – Hollywood Palladium
09/15 Las Vegas, NV – Pearl Concert Theater
