Blasphamagoatachrist: Destined to Be Taken Seriously
There’s a black metal band called Blasphamagoatachrist.
They’re called that, apparently, because their members, whose names include Nocturnal Grave Desecrater and Virrigus Apocalli (my favorite Italian dish! YUM!), come from the bands Blasphemy, Goatpenis, and Antichrist. So it’s basically like the Slexoder joke we’ve been making for five years. Which makes you wonder how they failed to shove the word ‘penis’ in their name. Blasphantichristpenis or Blaspenischrist or whatever.
The band couldn’t decide if they should dress like King 810 or Goatwhore, so they did a little of both. Or maybe they just couldn’t coordinate since they couldn’t all be in the same place at once to take a band photo.
Might not the band be concerned that their name and aesthetic will distract from their music?

Blasphamagoatachrist’s debut album is called Black Metal Warfare because of course it is. It comes out June 14 on Nuclear War Now! Productions because of course that’s who is releasing it. You can listen to the song “Tyrannic Empire” below because of course some other joke with the words “of course.”
