Mastodon Unveil Animated Music Video for “Clandestiny”

Mastodon’s music videos are always a hoot, aren’t they? Weird, artsy and often bordering on the absurd, these four Atlantans have consistently put a ton of time and effort into their visual representation. Even the promo videos they make for beer and amplifier companies are A+ productions.

Mastodon’s latest video is “Clandestiny,” which joins the previously released “Steambreather” amongst highly amusing music videos from their most recent album, Emperor of Sand. Animator BlinkMyBrain helmed the clip, which features a violent, intergalactic robot’s quest for dominance.
