Reaction Video: At the Gates, “A Stare Bound in Stone”

This week we get a double-dose of Metal Reacts Only, the weekly show in which host Jon Weigell listens to a brand new metal track for the first time and shares his thoughts and reactions.

After tackling Light This City’s new one “A Grotesque Reflection” yesterday, Jon comes back today with a brand new track from At the Gates called “A Stare Bound in Stone.” How does it stack up against the At the Gates we all know and love, both their classic material and triumphant 2014 comeback? What you see on camera is Jon’s very first time listening to the track, as always, so his reactions are genuine and not pre-meditated in the slightest.
