Gus G. Posts New Music Video For “Letting Go”
Shredding extraordinaire Gus G., who may be best known for at one point replacing Zakk Wylde as Ozzy’s lead guitarist, has now turned his attention back to his solo work. His third and latest record, Fearless, features Dennis Ward (Pink Cream 69, Unisonic) and drummer Will Hunt (Evanescence).
Below, check out the new music video for the album’s powerful opening track, “Letting Go.” While not quite mosh-worthy, the song is heavy yet accessible, perfect for when you’re trying to convince your mom that metal isn’t “just noise.” Gus does a fabulous job of highlighting his prowess while still performing tastefully. The rest the record is incredibly diverse, from rock ballads to shredding frenzies, and everything in-between. Fearless is set for release on April 20th, and can be pre-ordered here.
